You'll continue your trip via Volubilis, an important Roman archaeological site, and then to Meknes. Your final destination for the day is Fes, where you'll spend the night in a Riad.
Enjoy a full day exploring Fes, one of Morocco's oldest cities. You'll visit significant sites, including the Royal Palace, Bab Bou Jeloud Gate, the Jewish Quarter, Al Qaraouine University, tanneries, Attarine Museum, and the Mulay Idriss Mausoleum. After lunch, explore the tile cooperative and take in a panoramic view of the Fes Medina. Spend the night in a Riad.
Depart from Fes and journey through the Atlas Mountains, taking in the scenic beauty along the way. You'll cross the Ziz River Valley and reach the city of Erfoud. From there, you'll continue to Merzouga, your gateway to the Sahara Desert. Enjoy a traditional mint tea, then embark on a camel ride to a desert camp in Erg Chebbi. Spend the night in a nomad tent.
